April 11 -lift

Power clean+clean+jerk x4 at 70% 80lbs

hang snatch 4×3 at 65% 60lbs- I hit my nose with the bar, I guess I had that bar super close lol

snatch push press+pause OH squat 4+1×3 75% 70lbs

these all went pretty well but my body feels pretty beat up and I woke up starving in the night
