Power clean-clean-jerk @65% -75lbs

I was really focusing on trying to get my split wider in my jerk which I felt I did but I forgot to step back with my front foot. Oops

hang snatch 4×3 @ 60%-55lbs

snatch push press and pause OH squat 4+1×3 @70% 65lbs
